Today i will be listing out the message center number for all networks in Nigeria.
Before I proceed, what is the importance of having a valid message center number.
The message center number is responsible for routing outgoing Messages to your service provider.
Without the message center number, you can't send SMS or text messages to any network in Nigeria.. So it is necessary you setup a message center number on your device..

automatically set up on your message settings,if not you need to set it up manually. Check out the message center number for all networks below.

MTN Message Centre Number is +234803000000 and Centre Name is MTN
Airtel Message Centre Number is +2348020000009 and Centre name is Airtel
Etisalat or 9mobile Message Center Number is +2348090001518 and Centre name is Etisalat or 9mobile
Globacom Message Centre Number is +2348050001501 and Centre name is Glo
HOW TO MANUALLY SET UP MESSAGE CENTER NUMBER ON YOUR PHONE
If you don't have a message center number
already set up on your phone, kindly follow the procedures below to set it up.
GO to message icon on your phone and click on it.
Click on the 3 dots on the top right hand side of the message menu to click on settings.
On the message settings menu, you will see text messages(SMS)..
Just click on it.You will now see message center number.. Just click on it.
You can now see the network provider you're using.. You can now set up the message center number for each respective SMS provider by clicking on the network you want to set the sms center number on..
Then input the center number and click on ok..

Like from my above screenshot, that's the
message center number for mtn Nigeria.. After inputing the center number, click on ok..
You can now send messages without getting any failed message or error..
